Well....this link did work but today, 12/27/11, I posted something else on this blog and saw that this link doesn't work. Not only that, but I went to the brainshark website to check the videos that I made and two of them are still listed but the screen is blank. It appears as my HARD WORK is gone...DELETED. I'll contact them to see what happened. - author of blog
